About
Ziff-Ivin Associates is a UK-based independent financial advisory firm, established in 2014 by Max Ziff and Nickolay Ivin following their departure from Houlihan Lokey.
The firm was created to provide conflict-free advisory support on financial advisory, restructuring, valuation, dispute resolution, and corporate finance, with a particular focus on CEE, Eurasian, and wider EMEA markets.
Ziff-Ivin advises creditors, investors, boards, and legal advisers in complex financial situations, often involving financial distress, stakeholder disputes, and cross-border considerations. The firm is typically engaged where independence, professional judgement, and clear financial analysis are critical.
